GalleryAnna Yeo & Brad Russell’s vintage country wedding reception at Cobbora Hall was everything the couple dreamed it would be. One hundred & fifty guests from all over Australia were unanimous in their delight at the retro romantic ambience created in the beautiful historic hall. Before the wedding banquet guests mingled for drinks and canapés around the quaint corrugated iron canteen building outside the hall – dubbed “Pub Russell” for the night. Inside the hall, fairy lights twinkled in the rafters and dozens of hanging white paper shades, lit with tiny globes, created a magical mood. Long trestle tables, dressed with crisp white cloths and burlap runners, were decorated with jars of exquisite white ranunculus and pink champagne roses, flickering tea lights and rustic touches such as brown paper sacks for bread. Delicious food created by acclaimed Mudgee caterer Rachael McCarthy was served on large sharing platters. The bridal table on the hall stage was the focal point, and after the speeches and the cutting of the cake, Anna and Brad did their traditional bridal waltz on stage before guests threw themselves into the dancing that went long into the night. It was a night of magic memories. See MORE HERE |
