Weddings at Cobbora Hall

Cobbora Hall is the perfect setting for a memorable wedding reception. Vintage, retro, romantic, rustic - the beautiful old hall will transport your guests back to a time before sterile reception venues took the individuality and romance out of the most important day of a couple’s life.

Country weddings are back in style. Couples are heading bush to make their vows and celebrate the occasion in a unique setting radiating charm and romance. And nowhere will they find a venue as genuinely country Australian as Cobbora Hall. Sensitively and lovingly restored to its original state, with modern amenities that take nothing from its rustic charm, the hall can accommodate up to 150 people for a banquet-style reception.

Located 15kms outside the NSW Central West town of Dunedoo, the historic village of Cobbora is within an hour of Dubbo, Mudgee, Wellington and Coonabarabran, looking over beautiful farming land to the Talbragar River. The hall, built of corrugated iron and cypress pine in 1915, provides a charming setting for a totally individual occasion and allows free rein for couples to theme and design their event in their own personal style.A range of accommodation is available in the Dunedoo district and a list can be provided on request. Caterers and wedding hire companies are within easy reach and we are happy to supply a list of recommendations.
